If you’re ready to grow your career and make an impact in fintech, we have one question: Are you FIS?\nAbout the Role\nAs an Associate Advanced, Production Operations, you will play a key role in supporting daily card production operations while serving as a trusted resource for associates and shift leadership. You will help ensure production activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and operational procedures. This role combines hands-on production responsibilities with leadership support activities including training, testing, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Success is measured by operational excellence, team readiness, quality outcomes, and the achievement of production goals.\nSchedule(s):\nSunday through Tuesday \nWednesday through Friday \nfrom 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nOperate production equipment, inserters, printers, sorters, and related production systems to meet daily output targets.\nSupport shift management by serving as a lead resource for production associates during daily operations.\nAssist with onboarding, training, and coaching team members on equipment, procedures, and quality standards.\nConduct testing and validation activities for processes, materials, and equipment enhancements.\nCreate, maintain, and update operational documentation, work instructions, and process guides.\nMonitor production workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput.\nTroubleshoot routine equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.\nEnsure compliance with operational, quality, security, and safety requirements in a regulated production environment.\nTrack production results and communicate operational concerns, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership.\nPerform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency while maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\nExperience working in a production, manufacturing, operations, or processing environment.\nEffective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, including documentation of procedures and processes.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and collaborate across teams.\nAbility to lift, move, and handle production materials and perform repetitive tasks as required.\nAbility to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed to support business requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting production leadership or acting as a lead associate within a manufacturing or operations environment.\nKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization practices.\nExperience creating work instructions, standard operating procedures, or training materials.\nFamiliarity with production performance metrics and reporting tools.\nExperience working in a highly regulated, quality-driven production environment.\nWhat We Offer you\nAt FIS, you can grow your career as far as you want to take it.
