Employee will be responsible for batch monitoring tools , expertise in CA7 scheduling, NDM , JCL .\nWhat you will be doing\nCollaborate in a team environment. Deliver quality customer service. Consultative and team-oriented.\nKnows the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures required for the field of specialization i.e mainframe ( JIRA/SNOW/ JHS etc). • Good working knowledge of excel, macros, VBA.\nContribute/share ideas and information. Effective oral and written communication\nAbility to monitor and escalate system issues impacting services for customers utilizing monitoring technologies.\nReady to work in 24/7 environment\nAbility to monitor batch execution and file transfers to meet commitments with clients\nAbility to monitor multiple applications and data transfer protocols to meet customer needs. • Recognize problems and issues. Act quickly to carryout appropriate decisions. Exhibit effective problem solving skills\nProficient 24/7 support troubleshooting\nGood working knowledge of Excel (lookup formulas, pivot table and charts)\nKnowledge of log parsing tools (eg. JIRA, SNOW, RMF, CA7 )\nKnowledge of jobs scheduling, monitoring tools and troubleshooting job failures\nWhat you bring\n1. Ensures procedures are followed and standards are met while tracking all jobs and maintaining the appropriate documentation.\n2. Stay updated on the module/system enhancements. Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.\n3. Adheres to FIS policies and methodology. Display professionalism in both conduct and dress.\n4. Identifies and researches problems to determine better utilization of mainframe resources and the impact on daily production cycle.\n5.
