You will manage employee records and key steps across the employee lifecycle while following HR policies and process guidelines. You will also work with internal teams to keep tasks accurate and help improve how work gets done.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nSupport end-to-end HR operations and respond to colleague enquiries with a high level of service.\nSupport recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and other employee lifecycle activities in back-end operations.\nComplete HR transactions and keep employee records and documentation accurate and up to date.\nWork with internal teams to meet HR needs, identify process gaps and support continuous improvement.\nWork rotational shifts as required to support global HR operations.\nWhat you bring\nRequired qualifications.\n1 to 3 years of experience using case management tools and providing client support.\nStrong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management, with close attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nFlexibility to work rotational shifts based on business requirements.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience in HR operations, HR shared services or HR administration.\nExperience with ServiceNow, Workday and Microsoft Office applications.\nBasic understanding of AI tools and willingness to learn AI technology used in operational activities.\nThe impact you’ll make\nAs a TPO Operations Associate III, you will help colleagues receive consistent support across key employee lifecycle processes.
