You will design, build and maintain scalable automated testing solutions that support continuous delivery and high-quality customer outcomes. Working closely with engineering, quality assurance, product and business teams, you will drive automation strategy and execution throughout the software development lifecycle. Success in this role is measured through automation coverage, defect prevention, release readiness and continuous quality improvement.\nYour key responsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintain automated test solutions using Java, Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber.\nBuild reusable automation frameworks using Page Object Model principles and maintainable coding standards.\nDevelop automated test scenarios from user stories and acceptance criteria and execute regression, integration and functional test suites.\nIntegrate automated testing into continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to support continuous testing practices.\nAnalyze test results, identify defects, perform data validation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software quality and release readiness.\nWhat you bring\nRequired qualifications\nExperience testing and automating web-based enterprise applications using Java, Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber.\nHands-on experience developing automation frameworks, maintaining test suites and applying software quality assurance best practices.\nKnowledge of TestNG or JUnit, build tools such as Maven or Gradle, and continuous integration and continuous delivery tools.\nAbility to perform application, application programming interface (API) and database validation, including writing SQL queries for testing and troubleshooting.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience, with strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience within the U.S. retirement industry, including defined contribution, defined benefit, pension or 401(k) solutions.\nKnowledge of retirement plan administration processes, including participant transactions, loans, withdrawals and distributions.\nExperience with version control tools such as Git, Azure Repositories or Team Foundation Server (TFS), and training or certification in test automation, Agile delivery or DevOps practices.\nThe impact you’ll make\nAs an Automation Engineer, you will help strengthen quality across enterprise retirement platforms by expanding automation coverage and enabling faster, more reliable software releases.
