With simplified process along with customized approach of automation, we support faster application upgrade to latest release with confidence and without capital or headcount cost.\nWhat you will be doing\nWe are seeking Senior Test Automation resource to join our Testing Services team supporting clients globally. This role focuses on automating client UAT business scenarios, managing regression and performance testing on client environment. As quality engineer, you will take part in executing and monitoring day to day regression, design new framework/script, do root cause analysis and present findings to operations and leadership teams, implement proactive solutions to stabilize automation suites and thereby improve customer experience.\nWhat you bring:\nKnowledge / Experience\nMin 4-7 years of professional working experience in Software Quality Assurance.\nMin 3+ years of Automation Testing experience.\nSkills\nThorough working knowledge of Software Testing Concepts including Manual & Automation testing processes, test case creation and execution, defect management, estimation techniques and metrics for reporting.\nHands-on experience on Automation tools (Selenium with .Net Framework/Java).\nHands-on experience on Automation frameworks (e.g. keyword driven etc).\nWorking knowledge of source code management software (SVN, GIT, BitBucket etc).\nGood knowledge on usage of SQL queries.\nExpertise in working with XML, SOAP and JSON formats.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills along with good communication\nWorking experience of Agile development methodologies and of DevOps integration\nExposure to Project/Defect/Test Management tools e.g. JIRA, ALM etc.\nA team player, who can work independently under minimum supervision and guide/mentor others when needed.\nPossesses the desire to increase knowledge and skills when circumstances call for additional learning.\nAdded bonus/secondary skills:\nKnowledge of Finance domain especially Capital Markets, Lease and Loans, Lending applications.\nExperience of developing tools/utilities/automation from scratch using latest tech.\nAppreciable knowledge of Performance Testing and Automation using tools like JMeter.\nAppreciable knowledge of Cloud (AZURE) concepts and usage.\nExperience on AI tools and technologies including creating and using AI agents and bots.\nQualifications\nMinimum BS/BSc/BTech degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field\nCompetencies\nAbility to discuss process issues, concerns with onshore counterparts and get it resolved.\nEnhance existing framework to support multiple clients and products with max re-usability.\nInteract with clients on understanding and analyzing both functional and non-functional (performance) test requirements.\nOrganized approach: Manage and adapt according to client priorities and internal requirements.\nSelf-starter: Work autonomously and as part of a global team.\nWhat we offer you\nA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities\nA broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities - FIS is your final career step!\nA competitive salary and benefits\nA variety of career development tools, resources and opportunities\nWith a 50-year history rooted in the financial services industry, FIS™ is the world's largest global provider dedicated to financial technology solutions.
