You will drive requirements and solution design across multiple products and domains, influence strategic architecture and process decisions, and provide leadership on high-visibility, high-impact projects. Working with significant autonomy, you will partner with business leaders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams while mentoring other analysts and helping deliver innovative, enterprise-scale solutions.\nAbout the team\nThe Systematics Base Development team at FIS supports a global mission-critical banking solution platform for large financial institutions. Our team consists of experienced business analysts, and developers who deliver enhancements, regulatory updates, and corrections for all of the banking applications. The team produces two new releases each year that are made available to clients. The pay range for this full-time position is $125,850.00 - $213,950.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
