At FIS, our technology and our people are moving forward. We advance the way the world pays, banks and invests. We believe in building inclusive, diverse teams. Together, we innovate to help our colleagues, clients and communities succeed. If you’re ready to grow your career and make an impact in fintech, we have one question: Are you FIS?
About the role:
Are you ready to own how a global commercial organization sells - the process behind it, the technology that carries it, and the AI that is about to reshape it?
FIS is looking for a Change Specialist to join the Sales Technology & AI team within our Revenue Operations, Commercial Office. This is the role that turns strategy into field behavior. You will own the design and continuous improvement of our sales process, build and personally deliver the training that makes it stick, and lead commercial AI enablement across the selling organization.
This is an individual contributor role with genuine ownership. You will not manage a team initially - you will utilize AI to influence a large, distributed and demanding one. You will design the process and write the playbook, build the learning path and run the session, define how sellers use AI, and use AI yourself to produce enablement at a pace a traditional team could not match. The ideal candidate pairs the structured thinking of a consultant with the delivery instinct of an operator and the tech fluency to utilize AI as training delivery partner - equally comfortable in a governance forum and in front of a room of skeptical sellers.
What you will be doing:
Sales Process Ownership
Own the documented end-to-end sales process - stage definitions, entry and exit criteria, qualification standards, and hand-offs across seller motions.
Maintain a single source of truth for how FIS sells through process guides, playbooks and role-based standards, refreshed on a defined cadence.
Run process governance in partnership with Revenue Operations: change intake, impact assessment, approval and controlled release to the field.
Diagnose friction in the seller workflow through field interviews and adoption data, and convert findings into a prioritized improvement roadmap.
Sales Process & Technology Training
Design, build and personally deliver the training curriculum covering sales process, methodology and the full sales technology stack.
Own the learning architecture from new-hire onboarding through tenured-seller upskilling, with distinct role-based paths for each seller persona.
Deliver across formats - live and virtual sessions, on-demand modules, micro-learning, job aids and office hours - with certification and reinforcement built in.
Act as change lead for platform rollouts and process releases, owning readiness, communications, cutover enablement and post-launch support.
Commercial AI Enablement & Governance
Own AI enablement for the commercial organization, building the fluency and practical skill that let sellers get real value from AI in their daily workflow.
Translate AI capability into role-specific, workflow-anchored use cases spanning research, call preparation, account planning, messaging and proposal support.
Build and curate the commercial prompt library and use-case catalogue, keeping both current as capability evolves.
Own commercial AI usage standards alongside Legal, Risk and Privacy, and represent the commercial organization in enterprise AI governance forums.
Impact, Adoption & Continuous Improvement
Use AI as your own production tool - generating training content and assessments, drafting communications, building role-play scenarios and analyzing feedback at scale.
Define what good looks like for process compliance, training effectiveness, technology adoption and AI usage, and make it visible to commercial leadership.
Run structured feedback loops with the field and translate them into the next iteration of process, content and training.
Report on enablement impact to Sales Technology & AI and Commercial leadership on an agreed cadence, with a clear line from activity to outcome.
What you will need:
>5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales process design, change management, revenue operations or sales training within a B2B enterprise environment.
Demonstrable experience designing and personally delivering training to a distributed sales audience - not commissioning it, delivering it.
Direct experience owning, documenting or materially reshaping a sales process in a complex organization.
Practical, hands-on use of AI in a professional context, with a clear point of view on where it genuinely helps a seller and where it does not.
Strong change management capability - able to plan, sequence and land change across a large, distributed and often skeptical audience.
Ability to operate independently as an individual contributor, influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority, across NA, EMEA and APAC time zones.
What you should have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field
Background in financial services, fintech or enterprise SaaS.
Experience working in Global MNC Organizations.
Familiarity with a modern sales technology stack - CRM, sales engagement, content enablement, conversation intelligence and data intelligence platforms.
Exposure to a major CRM or platform migration as an enablement, training or change owner.
Working knowledge of a recognized sales methodology, and a formal change management credential such as Prosci/ADKAR - a plus.
