Acting as a trusted partner throughout the post-sales lifecycle, the CSM will help clients align the solution with their treasury objectives and translate those priorities into practical success plans.\nWorking across Client Success, Sales, Product, Professional Services, Renewals, and Support, the role will coordinate the client experience, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure clients understand the continuing value delivered by the solution.\nAbout the team\nThe Client Success Manager sits within the Client Success organisation, orchestrating the post-sales experience for Treasury clients across Europe.\nThe team’s focus is on:\nAccelerating product adoption and value realisation\nDelivering measurable ROI aligned to client business outcomes\nMinimising churn and commercial risk\nIdentifying expansion and growth opportunities across the Treasury portfolio\nCSMs combine deep product expertise with strong commercial and relationship-management skills to act as an extension of both the client and internal FIS teams.\nWhat you will be doing\nBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a primary post-sales partner for Integrity.\nUnderstand each client’s treasury priorities and translate them into joint success plans with clear outcomes, milestones, and measures of success.\nDrive solution adoption and help clients realise sustained value from their investment.\nMonitor client health, usage, adoption, and engagement signals to identify risk and coordinate timely action.\nCollaborate with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Renewals, and Support to provide a connected client experience.\nIdentify potential expansion opportunities and provide relevant client insight to commercial teams.\nCapture structured client feedback and work with Product teams to help inform future priorities.\nContribute to renewal activity by articulating the value delivered and supporting a clear view of client outcomes.\nWhat you will need\nExperience in Client Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a comparable client-facing role within treasury technology, fintech, or financial services.\nUnderstanding of corporate treasury operations and the business challenges treasury teams are seeking to solve.\nAbility to build credible relationships with stakeholders at different levels of seniority.\nExperience translating client objectives into structured plans, actions, and measurable outcomes.\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAnalytical capability, including the ability to interpret client, usage, or adoption information and convert it into practical recommendations.\nExperience collaborating across sales, product, technical, support, and delivery functions.\nWhy join\nHelp clients maximise the value of technology supporting important treasury operations.\nWork across client, product, technical, and commercial teams to influence the complete client journey.\nDevelop deep expertise in Treasury Solutions and contribute client insight to future solution priorities.\nJoin a collaborative Client Success environment focused on adoption, value realisation, retention, and sustainable growth.\n#LI-LO1\nPrivacy Statement\nFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
