You will help drive cloud connectivity, network security, and infrastructure automation that enable critical business and technology services. Working closely with security, infrastructure, application, and operations teams, you will solve complex networking challenges and improve platform reliability. Success in this role is measured by secure cloud adoption, operational excellence, automation outcomes, and service resilience.\nWhat you will be doing:\nLead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud network architectures across Azure and AWS environments.\n\nBuild and support secure cloud connectivity solutions, including routing, segmentation, and firewall integrations.\n\nManage and enhance network security controls using Palo Alto Networks technologies and related platforms.\n\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure as code solutions using Terraform and automation best practices.\n\nCreate scalable, reusable cloud networking standards, templates, and deployment patterns.\n\nPartner with application, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver reliable cloud services.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex network performance, connectivity, and security issues.\n\nImprove operational efficiency through automation, monitoring, and continuous service improvement initiatives.\n\nLead technical reviews and provide guidance on cloud networking strategy, governance, and architecture decisions.\n\nMentor engineers and contribute to technical capability development across the team.\n\nWhat you bring:\nDemonstrated experience designing and supporting cloud networking solutions in Azure and AWS environments.\n\nStrong knowledge of network architecture, routing, switching, firewall technologies, and network security principles.\n\nHands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls or comparable enterprise firewall platforms.\n\nPractical experience using Terraform or other infrastructure as code tools to automate cloud infrastructure.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across distributed and complex cloud environments.\n\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.\n\nAbility to lead technical initiatives and provide mentorship to engineering teams.\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent skills-based experience.\n\nAdded bonus if you have:\nExperience with Palo Alto Panorama, GlobalProtect, and cloud-native security integrations.\n\nKnowledge of ExpressRoute, VPN technologies, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, and cloud DNS services.\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based infrastructure delivery practices.\n\nExperience developing reusable Terraform modules and enterprise cloud networking frameworks.\n\nExperience working in financial services, highly regulated industries, or large-scale enterprise environments.\n\nRelevant cloud, network, or security certifications.\n\nWhat we offer you :\nAt FIS, you can learn, grow and make an impact in your career.
