As part of a collaborative and high-performing organization, you'll help shape innovative solutions that enable clients to achieve operational excellence and maximize business value.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nServe as a trusted advisor to Systematics clients, providing strategic consulting on business and technology initiatives.\nDesign Systematics-based solutions that align with client requirements, operational goals, and long-term growth objectives.\nLead client-facing engagements and partner directly with stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop effective solutions.\nAnalyze client needs and translate business requirements into scalable technology recommendations.\nProvide subject matter expertise on Systematics products, capabilities, and best practices.\nLead complex technology projects independently or as part of a consulting team to achieve successful client outcomes.\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\nSignificant experience working with the Systematics platform and related banking technologies.\nStrong consulting and client relationship management experience in financial services or technology environments.\nAdded Bonus If You Have\nExperience working with large financial institutions and enterprise banking environments.\nKnowledge of banking operations, core banking systems, and digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience leading business process improvement or modernization programs.\nExperience supporting strategic technology planning and enterprise architecture discussions.\nConsulting experience within fintech, banking, or financial services industries.\nRelevant industry, product, or project management certifications.\nWhat We Offer You\nAt FIS, you can learn, grow, and make an impact in your career.
