the role\nSupport user account management across production and non-production environments. \nManage service account lifecycle activities and privileged access controls. \nPerform access governance application support teams. \nSupport global business stakeholders while maintaining security, compliance, and operational quality\n\nWhat you will be doing\nProvision, modify, and decommission user, privileged, and service accounts across Windows, UNIX/Linux, Mainframe, and enterprise applications. \n3-5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity\nProcess and fulfill access requests in accordance with security policies, compliance requirements, and established SLAs. \nAdminister CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM), including Safe management and privileged account administration. \nSupport SailPoint IdentityIQ application onboarding, identity governance, and Identity Warehouse activities. \nManage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes. \nInvestigate and resolve access-related incidents, authentication failures, and authorization issues. \nPerform access reviews, user recertifications, compliance validations, and audit support activities. \nMaintain operational procedures, standards, and access management documentation. \nCollaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application support, and audit teams to maintain secure access management practices. \nWhat you bring\nStrong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), access governance, and JML lifecycle processes. \nExperience with access provisioning, modification, deprovisioning, and service account administration. \nKnowledge of UNIX/Linux user administration, authentication, authorization, and access controls. \nExperience managing Linux environments through PuTTY and administering FIS user profiles using RBAC controls on BOKS servers and SDM. \nAbility to collaborate with developers on specialized BOKS and SDM administration functions and recommend features that streamline user profile and access control management. \nUnderstanding of Linux security concepts, including file permissions, sudo, PAM, SSH, and privileged access controls. \nExperience with CyberArk Safe administration and privileged account management. \nWorking knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Warehouse, and application onboarding. \nExperience supporting RSA ID+ Cloud, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and single sign-on (SSO). \nWorking knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Windows IAM administration, and user/group management. \nBasic SQL knowledge for access-related queries, analysis, and reporting. \nExperience troubleshooting access issues across Windows, UNIX/Linux, Mainframe, and enterprise applications. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), access certifications, and user access reviews. \nKnowledge of SOX controls, audit requirements, compliance validations, and evidence collection. \nExperience supporting Mainframe Security environments, including LPAR and Vanguard IAM (VRA). \nKnowledge of Oracle OEM database access management. \nExperience with enterprise access management applications, including eAccess, eManager, CST, DAT, and PeopleSoft. \nExperience using ServiceNow, CMS Queue, and Dash Queue for request and incident management.
