You will work on privileged access management, Windows access governance, StrongDM services, account lifecycle management, and security controls. You will collaborate with colleagues across India, Manila, and the US, as well as cybersecurity, Windows support, application, and project teams.\nYour key responsibilities\nAdminister user and service account lifecycle activities and Windows access governance.\nSupport privileged access management using BeyondTrust and CyberArk.\nAdminister StrongDM services, including onboarding and Windows-to-StrongDM migration activities.\nSupport access governance, security controls, compliance, and audit activities.\nTroubleshoot access issues and review logs, security controls, and access requests.\nWhat you bring\nRequired qualifications\n3-5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management, privileged access management, Windows administration, or a related field.\nShift Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST hours, supporting US business hours\nHands-on Windows Active Directory administration skills and experience with privileged access concepts and shared resources.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including the ability to review and interpret logs, security controls, and access requests.\nExperience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing platform and knowledge of CrowdStrike Falcon.\nStrong communication and documentation skills.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience with Active Directory/LDAP, Group Policy, or Microsoft Entra ID.\nExperience with CyberArk, StrongDM, Windows security hardening, or scripting using PowerShell, SQL, C++, or Python.\nAudit, compliance, or SOX-related experience or relevant security certifications such as Security+, CISA, or CISSP.\nThe impact you’ll make\nAs a Cybersecurity Analyst II, you will help support secure and well-governed access across global Windows environments.
