You will lead DevOps engineering initiatives focused on CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, DevSecOps and production reliability. You will use Harness, GitHub, Ansible and Microsoft Azure to build secure, scalable and repeatable delivery capabilities. Your success will improve deployment efficiency, platform reliability, operational consistency and developer experience.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nDesign, develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Harness and GitHub.\nBuild reusable infrastructure and configuration automation using Ansible and Infrastructure as Code practices.\nEstablish effective GitHub practices covering source control, pull requests, branching, code reviews and CI/CD integrations.\nDrive automation across infrastructure provisioning, application deployments, configuration management, testing, monitoring and operational processes.\nStrengthen DevSecOps through security scanning, vulnerability management, access controls, secrets management and automated quality controls.\nTroubleshoot complex issues across applications, infrastructure, networking, databases, cloud services and deployment pipelines.\nImprove platform reliability, deployment efficiency and operational resilience through automation, standardization and continuous improvement.\nDevelop deep product knowledge and understand complex technical dependencies across interconnected enterprise systems.\nCollaborate with engineering and business teams to resolve technical challenges and improve software delivery practices.\nMentor engineers, share technical knowledge and influence consistent DevOps and automation practices across the team.\nWhat you bring\n10-13 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation and production support within enterprise environments.\nHands-on experience with Harness for CI/CD pipeline development, deployment orchestration and automated software delivery.\nStrong experience with Ansible for configuration management, infrastructure automation and repeatable environment configuration.\nStrong GitHub expertise, including Git, pull requests, branching strategies, code reviews and CI/CD integrations.\nStrong experience with Microsoft Azure, Infrastructure as Code, scripting, configuration management, artifact management and deployment automation.\nStrong knowledge of DevSecOps, security scanning, vulnerability management, access controls, secrets management and automated quality controls.\nProven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across applications, infrastructure, networking, databases and cloud services.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or an equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience designing reusable automation frameworks and standardized cloud deployment patterns.\nKnowledge of application monitoring, release management, production support and platform reliability practices.\nDemonstrated ability to drive automation, standardization, simplification and continuous improvement across technology environments.\nStrong ownership, mentoring and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical practices across engineering teams.\nWhat We Offer you\nAt FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business.
