If you're ready to help shape the future of fintech, unlock your next chapter with FIS.\nAbout the role:\nYou will be working with an international team, primarily responsible for FIS Enterprise Suite (a high volume and high-performance cloud-enabled valuation and risk calculation engine) but will also work on other related components. Active development is in C# with small amount of C++ code.\nYour key responsibilities:\nThis position is in a development team to:\nAnalyze and resolve issues on an industry leading Credit and Market Risk system. \nDesign, develop, test, and maintain services and RESTful APIs using C# and .NET.\nOwn features from technical design through implementation, deployment, and production support.\nContribute to microservices design, including service boundaries, communication patterns, resilience, and data consistency.\nInvestigate and resolve application, performance, and integration issues across components.\nWrite automated tests, participate in code reviews, and improve code quality and maintainability.\nLead and mentor team members and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.\nInteract with clients, client services, development and product managers and provide fast resolution of critical problems. \nWhat you bring:\nRequired qualifications\n9 to 14 years of professional software development experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with C# and depth of understanding of .NET.\nExperience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.\nStrong understanding of low-level and high-level design patterns.\nExperience/ good knowledge of relational databases like MSSQL and Postgres. \nExperience with Microservices or Event driven systems or distributed systems.\nExposure to testing, security scans and CI/CD.\nA passion for solving complex problems with high performance and a high-quality code.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail\nAbility to understand product functionality and translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nExcellent interpersonal skills - ability to work with multiple teams (global teams) \nPreferred qualifications\nExperience with Redis/RabbitMQ/Apache kafka/docker/Kubernetes/AWS.\nExposure to Agentic development.\nWorked in financial sector.\n\nEducational Qualifications \nGraduate or postgraduate degree in computer engineering (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech) \nMaster’s degree in computer applications (MCA).\nGraduate from any discipline with solid experience in computer engineering. \nWhat we offer you:\nA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities.\nA chance to work within a highly talented and experienced team on some of the most challenging, relevant issues of financial services and technology.\nA competitive salary and attractive benefits.\nHybrid work culture.\nA variety of career development tools, resources and opportunities.\nPrivacy Statement\nFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
