Engineers in this role shape foundational banking infrastructure while operating with clear accountability, enterprise resources, and real-world production responsibility.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nInfrastructure & Architecture\nInfrastructure: Build and scale multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure (EKS/GKE/AKS) for five-nines workloads.\nArchitecture: Architect active-active distributed systems.\nGitOps: Implement Terraform, Helm, and GitOps (Flux) across cloud and hybrid environments\nReliability & Security\nResiliency: Own DR, failover, backup/restore, and multi-region resiliency.\nSecurity: Drive zero-trust security, identity, multi-tenant isolation, and cryptographic audit trails.\nObservability: Build and maintain stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and \nOpenTelemetry.\nAI & Operations\nAI-SRE: Lead AI-driven automation: auto-remediation, incident insights, and AI-based root cause analysis.\nDeployment: Support on-prem and air-gapped deployments and legacy integrations\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES:\nTechnical Expertise\nDeep Kubernetes experience (EKS/GKE/AKS; operators/CRDs a bonus).\nTerraform (multi-cloud).
