You will develop applications powered by large language models, create automated workflows, connect artificial intelligence systems with enterprise platforms, and evaluate solutions for accuracy, reliability and safety.\nYour key responsibilities\nDesign and build generative artificial intelligence applications using open and proprietary large language models.\nDevelop agent-based systems that use planning, memory, tools and orchestration to complete complex tasks.\nCreate multi-agent, human-in-the-loop and autonomous workflows.\nIntegrate artificial intelligence solutions with enterprise platforms, application programming interfaces and business workflows.\nEvaluate and improve model and system performance, including accuracy, grounding, reliability and safety.\nWhat you bring\nRequired qualifications\nAt least four years working with artificial intelligence, generative artificial intelligence or agent-based systems.\nHands-on experience with large language models, prompting techniques, structured outputs, model routing, context management and memory management.\nStrong Python skills and experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras or Pandas.\nExperience with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, hybrid retrieval patterns and the evaluation of generative artificial intelligence systems.\nExperience building and deploying RESTful services with Flask or FastAPI and working with AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience with large language model fine-tuning or parameter-efficient tuning methods such as LoRA or QLoRA.\nFamiliarity with orchestration frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, OpenAI Assistants API or Model Context Protocol.\nExperience with production machine learning operations, monitoring, observability, security, compliance or data governance for generative artificial intelligence systems.\nThe impact you’ll make\nThe Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer will join a team of solution architects, data scientists and machine learning engineers focused on identifying and delivering valuable artificial intelligence solutions.
