If you’re ready to grow your career and make an impact infintech, we have one question: Are you FIS?\nAbout the Role\nAs a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop and maintain scalable applications supporting business-critical financial technology solutions. You will own the tooling, process, and execution for the digitization of incoming regulatory and policy documents to underpin the creation and maintenance of FIS’s regulatory mandate catalog. In this role, you will work very closely with Product Managers, Knowledge Engineers and Business SMEs to develop and maintain the document ingestion and digitization platform.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nDesign, develop and maintain scalable full stack applications using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.\nOwn and maintain the document scraping and transformation tooling, with the opportunity to revamp and revitalize these tools\nScale internal tooling to support ingestion of documents from new regulators and new formats\nWork closely with product managers, business experts, solution leaders and clients to design, develop and maintain a platform of parsing tools andapplications.\nTake independent ownership of the tooling platform and make independent decisions based on design and architectural best practices.\nEnsure application performance, reliability, security and observability.\nRequired Qualifications\n5 to 8 years of hands-on full stack software development experience.\nStrong proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language.\nProven experience in independently developing full stack applications, end to end ownership\nStrong back-end development experience, including application programming interfaces, services and distributed systems.\nExperience working with relational or non-relational databases.\nKnowledge of software design principles, secure coding practices and application architecture.\nExperience with source control, automated testing and continuous delivery practices.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud.\nExperience working in Agile or DevSecOps delivery environments.\nKnowledge of banking, payments, financial services or fintech solutions.\nExperience using AI assisted development to develop rapid prototyping and rapid application development.\nWhat We Offer you\nAt FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business.
