They will support HR operations, ensuring alignment with day-to-day goals and regulatory requirements. This position provides oversight of HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with local and state employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.\nAbout the team:\nThe HR Hub is a collaborative team within our global HR function, providing specialist support for complex HR queries and escalations. We work together to deliver accurate, consistent and high-quality HR support, while continually looking for ways to improve our processes and the colleague experience.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nOversees and transacts all employee data changes and updates. Responsible for handling high volume administrative and transactional activities related to employee on/off boarding, absence management, compliance, records management, and retention.\nProvides support to employees and managers for transaction processing and life cycle event management in the system's self-service function. (e.g. transfers, promotions, employment separations, etc.).\nHandles employee inquiries and issues resolution. Assists in the research, escalation, and resolution of Workday related operational issues.\nEnsures data quality and follows global data standards, run ad-hoc reports to assist in this task.\nDelivers exceptional customer service and ensures all inquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, efficient, timely manner.\nEnsures delivery against established service level agreements (SLAs) and people systems delivery (PSD) metrics.\nCultivates networks across a variety of functions and locations with the organization.\nWhat you bring:\nPrevious HR experience at least one year, ideally within an HR operations or shared-services environment.\nWorkday knowledge is preferred, but not essential as training can be provided.\nCollaborative team player who supports colleagues and shares knowledge.\nStrong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.\nExcellent customer service skills and a colleague-first approach.\nClear communication with colleagues and managers.\nOwnership and problem-solving, seeing queries through to resolution.\nSound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive information.\nAdaptability and a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for better ways of working.\nWhat we offer you:\nAt FIS, we hire the best.
