You will work across the software development life cycle to confirm that system changes meet business and technical requirements. You will also partner with project teams to manage defects, support releases and deliver clear test results.\nYour key responsibilities\nReview functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of project deliverables\nPrepare detailed Test plan based on the functional specifications\nDevelop, maintain, and keep up to date the manual and automated test scripts, data sets and other test artefacts required to execute the test plan\nConduct and facilitate test plan/case reviews with Internal and External stakeholders\nEnsure the relevant types of testing are executed and planned according to the project lifecycle\nAttend weekly meetings with the client, capture and address the pain points and track them to closure\nEnsure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements\nEffectively communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written forms\nTrack and monitor defects in JIRA, schedule defects triage with the development team as required\nPerform usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability, and security\nWhat you bring\nRequired qualifications\nAt least 8+ years of experience in software testing with extensive experience in IST Switch or Connex\nTest Simulator tools knowledge - FINsim, SOAP UI, MC / Visa Simulators, and any similar tools\nTest Management tools knowledge - Test Rail, JIRA, Confluence, and any similar tools\n Testing experience in Cards’ Schemes, Payments, Webpay / Digipay, IST MAS & Clearing, Connex and Data Navigator domains is highly desirable\nKnowledge of the SDLC and all levels and types of testing (e.g., functional, system integration, regression, end to end, user acceptance, performance, production verification, etc)\nKnowledge of testing environments and migration paths\nHas excellent customer service skills building high levels of customer satisfaction\nHas solid analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work and provide deliverables under pressure\nAbility to establish and maintain good working relationship among the project team members\nThe impact you’ll make\nAs a QA, you will help improve the quality and reliability of payment technology.
