In this highly visible leadership role, you will oversee supplier governance, performance management, risk oversight, and transformation initiatives across a complex vendor ecosystem. You will partner with senior leaders across Technology, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to drive value, innovation, and service excellence while supporting FIS’s digital transformation goals.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nLead the enterprise vendor management strategy for global IT services and contingent labor suppliers.\nBuild and scale governance frameworks that improve supplier performance, manage risk, and deliver business value.\nManage executive-level supplier relationships, including steering committees, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.\nDrive performance through service-level agreements, key performance indicators, experience metrics, and data-driven reporting.\nLead vendor onboarding, offboarding, and transition programs to ensure service continuity and operational stability.\nPartner with Procurement and Finance to optimize contracts, commercial governance, and supplier investments.\nEstablish governance approaches for the use of artificial intelligence within outsourced services and contingent labor programs.\nOversee contingent workforce operations, supplier management programs, and workforce management tools.\nPromote supplier-led innovation, automation, and transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and vendor risk management standards.\nWhat You Bring\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years of experience in vendor management, sourcing, outsourcing, or supplier management, with a strong focus on IT services and contingent labor programs.\nProven experience leading global vendor management or strategic partner management functions.\nDeep knowledge of contingent labor programs, managed service provider models, and vendor management systems.\nExperience managing large-scale technology service providers and infrastructure outsourcing relationships.\nDemonstrated success leading vendor transitions, transformation initiatives, and governance programs.\nStrong expertise in performance management, service-level agreements, contract management, and financial oversight.\nKnowledge of vendor risk management, compliance requirements, and supplier performance practices.\nExecutive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and financial management skills.\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nAbility to travel up to 25%, including domestic and international travel as business needs require.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree.\nProfessional certification in supplier management, sourcing, procurement, or a related discipline.\nThe Impact You’ll Make\nAs a Vendor Management leader, you will help strengthen the partnerships that support critical technology services across FIS.
