About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will design, build, enhance, and support enterprise applications that power critical business operations. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions using modern Java technologies and web frameworks. Success in this role is measured by quality, stability, performance, and continuous improvement of applications while meeting client and business objectives.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and integration services that support scalable business solutions.
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular and related web technologies.
• Create and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL components to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Implement secure, maintainable, and reusable code following object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive timely resolutions to minimize business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Continuously improve application performance, reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and automated deployment practices.
• Deploy and maintain applications using Docker and Kubernetes in enterprise environments.

What you bring

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development, modern web technologies, and production support.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful web services and APIs.
• Strong understanding of transaction management and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience developing modern web applications using Angular or similar UI frameworks.
• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, CI/CD practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience working with application servers such as Tomcat, Jetty, or WebLogic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cloud-native application development and microservices architecture.
• Experience with application monitoring, logging, and performance tuning tools.
• Proven ability to manage production support activities with urgency and accountability.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative software delivery.
• Demonstrated client focus, ownership mindset, and commitment to operational excellence.
