You will work across the full software development lifecycle, delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions using modern Java technologies and web frameworks. Success in this role is measured by quality, stability, performance, and continuous improvement of applications while meeting client and business objectives.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.\nBuild and enhance RESTful APIs and integration services that support scalable business solutions.\nDevelop modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular and related web technologies.\nCreate and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL components to ensure data integrity and performance.\nImplement secure, maintainable, and reusable code following object-oriented design principles and design patterns.\nTroubleshoot production issues and drive timely resolutions to minimize business impact.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver high-quality software solutions.\nContinuously improve application performance, reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence.\nSupport CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and automated deployment practices.\nDeploy and maintain applications using Docker and Kubernetes in enterprise environments.\nWhat you bring\n4-5 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development, modern web technologies, and production support.\nStrong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.\nExperience building and consuming RESTful web services and APIs.\nStrong understanding of transaction management and enterprise application architecture.\nExperience developing modern web applications using Angular or similar UI frameworks.\nStrong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development skills.\nExperience with Jenkins, Git, CI/CD practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.\nUnderstanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.\nExperience working with application servers such as Tomcat, Jetty, or WebLogic.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExposure to cloud-native application development and microservices architecture.\nExperience with application monitoring, logging, and performance tuning tools.\nProven ability to manage production support activities with urgency and accountability.\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative software delivery.\nDemonstrated client focus, ownership mindset, and commitment to operational excellence.\nWhat We Offer\nAt FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business.
