You will be responsible for test strategy, test execution, defect management, risk analysis, and release validation while mentoring team members and promoting QA best practices.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nLead Functional, Integration, End-to-End (E2E), System, and Regression Testing activities.\nReview business and technical requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies.\nCreate and maintain Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data.\nValidate card transaction processing, authorization, settlement, reversals, refunds, and payment workflows.\nAnalyze and validate ISO 8583 transaction messages and interfaces.\nPerform defect identification, tracking, root cause analysis, and verification.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions.\nProvide testing status, quality metrics, and risk reporting to stakeholders.\nMentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.\nWhat You Will Need\n10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.\nStrong domain expertise in Cards & Payments, Banking, or Financial Services.\nSolid knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging standards and payment transaction lifecycle.\nHands-on experience in Functional, Integration, E2E, and Regression Testing.\nExperience with Test Planning, Test Design, Defect Management, and Risk Analysis.\nStrong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nWhat We Offer You\nAt FIS, you can learn, grow and make an impact in your career.
