You will shape risk solutions for FIS Capital Markets and show their value through workshops, product demonstrations and proposal support. You will advise financial institutions on risk management, treasury, regulatory requirements and solution design.\nYour key responsibilities\nLead customer discovery, executive presentations, workshops, product demonstrations, requests for information and proposals, and proofs of concept.\nDesign end-to-end solution architectures, including integration, deployment and customisation approaches that meet business and technical requirements.\nSupport sales strategy by assessing solution fit, identifying gaps and positioning FIS risk solutions against customer needs and competing offerings.\nWork with Product Management, Professional Services, Development and Sales to scope solutions, support customer handovers and share market feedback.\nAct as a trusted adviser, mentor less experienced pre-sales colleagues and share best practices across international teams.\nWhat you bring\nRequired qualifications\nExperience in banking risk management, treasury, regulatory reporting or related consulting.\nExperience supporting complex sales cycles with financial institutions, including proposals, workshops, demonstrations and proofs of concept.\nStrong presentation and communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex risk and regulatory topics to technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong knowledge of several areas such as Asset & Liability management, Liquidity Risk Management and Stress Testing, Market Risk and Credit Risk/Counterparty Credit Risk, Capital Management, Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and profitability management, Financial Modelling, Risk Analytics and Scenario Analysis, Financial planning, P&L analysis, Hedge accounting (DRM/RMA).\nKnowledge of banking regulations and supervisory requirements, such as Basel 4, CRR3, IRBBB, ICAAP and liquidity regulations.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience working for a financial technology company.\nAn additional language relevant to the region.\nUnderstanding of software-as-a-service, cloud and enterprise software architecture.\nThe impact you’ll make\nAs a Solutions Specialist Pre-Sales Representative Senior, you will link customer needs to practical risk solutions.
