We are looking for someone with strong foundations, curiosity and the ability to translate payments technology into clear customer value.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the presales lifecycle, from initial discovery and qualification through solution discussions, demonstrations and proposal support.\nEngage with prospective customers to understand their business requirements, challenges and objectives.\nApply your knowledge of card issuing and processing to help shape solutions that meet customer needs.\nDeliver clear and compelling solution presentations and demonstrations to both technical and business audiences.\nWork collaboratively with sales and relevant technical/product stakeholders throughout customer engagements.\nRespond to customer requirements and support the development of proposals and other presales materials.\nTranslate technical capabilities and payments concepts into clear business benefits.\nBuild your knowledge of the wider payments ecosystem and develop into a trusted subject-matter resource for customers and colleagues.\nMust-Have Experience\nWe're specifically looking for candidates who can demonstrate:\nHands-on knowledge or professional experience within card issuing and/or card processing.\nPrevious experience in a presales, solutions consulting or comparable customer-facing solutions role.\nUnderstanding of the cards/payments ecosystem and how issuing and processing solutions support customers.\nAbility to understand customer requirements and translate them into relevant solution conversations.\nConfidence communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong presentation and communication skills.\nUp to 7 years' relevant professional experience, reflecting the junior-to-mid-level scope of the position.\nBased in, or able to work in, Sweden.\nNice to Have\nThese aren't essential, but would be valuable:\nExperience supporting customer presentations, demonstrations or solution workshops.\nExposure to banks, financial institutions, fintechs or other organisations operating within the payments ecosystem.\nExperience responding to customer requirements as part of a commercial sales process.\nBroader knowledge of payments technology beyond card issuing and processing.\nWhat Good Looks Like\nYou'll be a good match if you combine payments knowledge with a customer mindset.
