The team tackles complex challenges involving API ecosystems, ERP integrations, commercial banking, payments, regulatory requirements, customer experience, and large-scale platform modernization.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nDefine and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.\nGather, analyze, and prioritize client, market, and competitive insights.\nTranslate business requirements into clear product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nPartner with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and go-to-market teams to deliver product enhancements.\nMonitor product performance using data, customer feedback, and operational metrics.\nDrive product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.\nSupport business cases, product positioning, pricing considerations, and commercialization efforts.\nEnsure products meet applicable regulatory, risk, security, and compliance requirements.\nFacilitate stakeholder alignment and communicate roadmap priorities and results.\nIdentify opportunities to improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.\nExperience managing products, product features, or digital solutions in financial services, payments, banking, fintech, or a related industry.\nStrong product management skills, including roadmap development, prioritization, and requirements definition.\nDemonstrated ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable product strategies.\nExperience working in agile environments with cross-functional delivery teams.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to use data, metrics, and customer feedback to evaluate product performance and guide improvements.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting commercial banking, treasury, payments, lending, or financial technology products.\nKnowledge of product analytics, customer journey mapping, and experimentation methodologies.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar product delivery frameworks.\nExperience working with regulatory, risk, privacy, and information security requirements.\nRelevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or similar product management credentials.\n\nWhat We Offer you:\nAt FIS, you can grow your career as far as you want to take it.
