Progression from entry-level to lead involves increasing responsibility for process execution and mentoring\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nMonitor daily production workflows to support operational targets and service level commitments\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues while escalating complex concerns as needed\nOperate warehouse equipment and production tools in accordance with safety and operational standards\nCoordinate inventory movement, material handling, order fulfillment, and production support activities\nTrack operational metrics and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and quality\nPerform quality control checks to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards\nCollaborate with operations, logistics, and support teams to resolve workflow disruptions\nMaintain accurate inventory records, production documentation, and operational reports\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and operational performance\nAssist with onboarding and training team members on processes, procedures, and best practices\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience supporting production, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or operations environments\nAbility to identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues using established processes and procedures\nExperience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, or pallet jacks\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and operational accuracy\nAbility to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams\nProficiency using inventory, operational, or reporting systems along with standard business applications\nHigh school diploma, GED, or skills-based equivalent experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting process improvement or operational excellence initiatives\nKnowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, fulfillment, or logistics operations\nExperience using operational performance metrics to drive efficiency and quality improvements\nEquipment certifications relevant to warehouse or production operations\nExperience training, mentoring, or supporting the development of team members\nWhat We Offer you\nAt FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business.
