This role provides an opportunity to build and maintain daily connections with key internal stakeholders, including the Client Experience and Professional Services teams.\nResponsibilities include:\nOwnership of processes and data structures\nIssue investigation and resolution\nBasic Microsoft Windows administration\nBasic SQL Server administration\nGeneral troubleshooting\nWhat you will need:\nA candidate for Production Support Specialist will require:\nTechnical Proficiency including knowledge of operating systems (such as Windows), databases, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting methodologies.\nThe ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions is crucial for success in this role. Candidates should demonstrate a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving.\nEffective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates must be able to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.\nPrior experience (3-4 years) in customer service or technical support roles\nCandidates must be adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and tools as needed.
