You will help bring structure and visibility across concurrent workstreams by coordinating activities, tracking commitments, preparing reports, and working with stakeholders across product, technology, operations, sales, client relationship teams, and external partners.\nWhat you will be doing:\nCoordinate programs, projects, and key initiatives\nMaintain program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action items\nCoordinate with stakeholders and internal delivery teams to track progress and follow up on commitments\nPrepare program status reports, management updates, meeting materials, and presentations\nHelp track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and escalations\nFacilitate meetings and ensure actions and decisions are documented and followed through on\nAssist with governance activities and adherence to FIS PMO standards\nHelp coordinate information across multiple workstreams and provide the Director with visibility into status and emerging issues\nSupport special projects and operational activities as needed\nWhat you will need:\n5+ years of project and/or program management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services \nExperience managing large, client-facing programs \nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills \nAbility to operate independently with minimal supervision \nAbility to work during US business hours on a regular basis\nWhat we offer you: \nA career at FIS is more than just a job.
