Join FIS and make your mark on the future of financial technology.\nRole location: Hybrid (three days in-office, two days virtual)\nAbout the role\nThis individual will play a critical role in shaping future Professional Services processes for the onboarding of clients in an innovative, digital-first, capacity. This individual will help guide and assign activities across a cross-functional team to lead business process design and shape platform requirements for FIS client product enablement. \nRelentless curiosity is needed for this role in order to complete process discovery and design for process re-engineering of processes. \nWork across multiple disciplines within FIS to help shape new ways of working across a large enterprise of employees. \nNegotiate, plan, and execute change management of new solutions to ensure that the right employee and client outcomes are achieved with the deployment of new technology solutions. \nYour key responsibilities\nLead process re-design efforts for key products based on completing current state process mapping through discovery and research with recommendations on changes to achieve target future state operational goals. \nCreate change strategy frameworks to ensure that new solutions can be deployed in a thoughtful manner to achieve scalable adoption. \nPartner with multiple enterprise-wide teams to collaborate around planning and execution of new tools and processes to be used for client management, consultation and client solution development. \nCreate artifacts and visual frameworks to help software and agentic practices come to life. \nEvaluate business case assumptions and determine methodology for business case measurement. \nWhat you bring\nRequired qualifications\nThe successful candidate will have experience in designing and deploying enterprise-wide process changes through technology enablement. \nAbility to build and create tactical solutions to map into a strategic framework and vision \nStrong ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment \nKeen ability to evaluate operational frameworks and quickly identify effective changes \nThe successful candidate will have experience within process optimization, change management, and agile software development. \nThe successful candidate will be able to collaborate with cross functional teams while orienting to shared goals and outcomes for short- and long-term program objectives. \nProven ability to find alternate paths when faced with roadblocks or adversity \nThe impact you’ll make\nShaping, building and executing new ways of working for FIS Professional Services \nCreating seamless, easy to understand client processes \nImproving time to revenue for FIS products and reducing operating costs \n What we offer you \nAt FIS, your career journey is yours to shape.
