If you’re ready to grow your career and make an impact in fintech, we have one question: Are you FIS?\nAbout the Role:\nThe AMERICAS Purchasing is part of the Global Purchasing Operations.\nYou'll be based in our office in Tunisia.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nReview purchase requisitions for quantities, specifications, pricing and delivery requirements.\nProcess requisitions and purchase orders accurately while supporting budget and schedule requirements.\nReview pricing quotations and purchasing data to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.\nAnalyse purchasing data, trends and operational information to support informed decision-making.\nApply analytical and critical thinking to investigate issues, identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.\nResolve purchasing issues through effective collaboration with vendors, requesters and Accounts Payable.\nMaintain accurate acquisition records and purchasing data to support controls, reporting and operational requirements.\nSupport integration of purchasing tools, systems and processes across operational workflows.\nParticipate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for purchasing tools, enhancements and process changes.\nDocument testing results, identify issues and collaborate with stakeholders to support successful implementation.\nThe ability to work the US shift on a regular basis\nRequired Qualifications:\nStrong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret purchasing data, identify trends and communicate meaningful insights.\nStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills to investigate issues, evaluate information and develop practical solutions.\nAbility to support tool integration across purchasing processes, including identifying requirements and validating operational workflows.\nExperience with user acceptance testing (UAT), including test execution, issue identification, results documentation and validation.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences across different organisational levels.\nExcellent problem-solving, time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors and internal stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential business and vendor information appropriately.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of supply chain, procurement or purchasing functions and processes.\nKnowledge of vendor relationship management and purchasing issue resolution.\nExperience using data and reporting tools within purchasing or operational environments.\nExperience supporting system enhancements, process improvement or automation initiatives.\nKnowledge of project management methods and techniques.\nWhat We Offer you:\nAt FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business.
