Our services include Trade clearance & allocation, Reconciliations, Trade Break Management, Exchange Funding & Client Margining, Brokerage, Static Data and Trade Lifecycle Management..\nAbout the team\nThe Syndicated Loan Servicing team delivers end-to-end loan servicing activities along with comprehensive fund accounting and investor servicing for clients originating and investing in commercial and term loans, including the administration of loan pools and credit funds.\nWhat you will be doing\nThe role involves delivering end-to-end client onboarding, accounting, and reporting services, including support for monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Key responsibilities include cash and position reconciliations, trade bookings, credit line accounting, contract maintenance and rollover processing, interest and fee calculations, and wire setup. The position also entails preparing and reviewing borrow and prepayment trades, managing monthly and quarterly interest accruals and related wires, handling ad-hoc requests, and resolving client queries with a strong focus on accuracy, control, and timely delivery. The candidate should be flexible and open to working in shifts to meet client requirements.\nAs the primary point of contact,\nOversee daily transaction processing and reporting activities for assigned borrower-side credit fund clients, including multi-fund, multi-currency, and multi-strategy facilities.\nAct as a primary point of contact for clients, resolving complex operational issues through detailed analysis and close coordination with internal teams, onshore counterparts, and external stakeholders\nProcess and review borrow and prepayment trades within core systems, ensuring accurate booking and timely settlement\nManage contract maintenance, rollover processing, and rate updates to ensure accurate interest and facility calculations\nPerform wire booking and setup activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to control standards\nExecute and review monthly and quarterly interest accruals across multiple funds and facilities\nMonitor and resolve daily position breaks and reconciliation discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and operational continuity\nDeliver high-quality service aligned to agreed service levels, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and strong control discipline\nSupport the development, documentation, and enhancement of operational procedures to minimize risk and improve efficiency\nProvide day-to-day operational support to client teams, addressing ad-hoc requests and service escalations effectively\nCollaborate regularly with senior stakeholders and management to support client requirements and operational objectives\nAssist in defining operational goals, work plans, and task allocation to ensure consistent delivery across client portfolios\nWhat you bring:\nKnowledge / Experience\n· Min 6 years of experience on Loan Syndication, Leverage funds, Credit funds and Term loans.\n· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience\nTypically, at least 6 years of Investment banking experience in syndicated loan servicing\nKnowledge/experience with structured finance, preferably CLO/CDOs, syndicated loans,\nWorking knowledge of cash reconciliations, financial transaction processing, trade settlements, data analysis, and reporting\nClient servicing experience and excellent interpersonal skills to build high levels of customer satisfaction\nSolid organizational, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to analyze situations or data, along with in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, colleagues, and clients (internal & external)Establish strong relationship with onshore counterparts.\n· Working closely with the team to identify process needs, putting strong controls in place, reviewing work and reviewing process related documentation on timely basis.\n· Raise any issues related to process and get it resolved.\nSkills\nAbility to multitask\nMicrosoft office literate\nExcellent communication skills/personality for client interaction\nThe candidate should ideally be able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment requiring elite level organization, and multi-tasking within time sensitive parameters\nQualifications\n· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.\nCompetencies\n· Ability to discuss process issues, concerns with onshore counterparts and get it resolved.\n· Organized approach: Manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements\n· Self-starter: Work autonomously and as part of a global team\nWhat we offer you\nAs a Managed Service Operations Analyst, you will work with various Lenders and Admin banks and FIS teams supporting middle office team of the client.\nYou will form partnerships with our client’s oversight & control groups and client services to ensure our contractual commitments are executed and completed in adherence to our Standard Operating Procedures, Risk & Control Framework and Service Level Agreements.\nYou will be challenged to help continuously improve the day-to-day services provided, the control environment and the overall client experience.
