As the primary point of contact, the Trust Account Manager administers collateral/syndicated loan portfolios, including cash flows, reconciliations, trade settlements, waterfall payments, reporting, and compliance testing.\nOversee daily transaction & reporting activity of assigned outsourcing relationships\nSupport personnel at client institutions in day-to-day routines and financial processing\nSolve complex problems through research and/or communications with clients, liaisons, and internal teams\nGuarantee quality service levels, perform daily servicing activities, ensuring timeliness and accuracy\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in business administration or finance, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience\nTypically, at least 4 years of financial services industry experience in managing institutional assets, and one or more years of leadership responsibility\nKnowledge/experience with structured finance, preferably CLO/CDOs, syndicated loans, or corporate trust securities, as well as trust systems\nUnderstanding and direct work experience with cash reconciliations, waterfall calculations, compliance testing, financial transaction processing, data analysis, and reporting\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, colleagues, and clients (internal & external)\nWhat We Offer You\nA career at FIS is more than just a job.
