If you're ready to help shape the future of fintech, unlock your next chapter with FIS.\nAbout the Role\nThe Representative Sr. Lead, Fund Administration serves as a senior accounting and client service leader responsible for the administration of complex private equity fund structures. In this role, you will oversee fund-level accounting, financial reporting, investor allocations, waterfall calculations, and year-end reporting while serving as a trusted advisor to clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee the accounting and administration of complex private equity, closed-end, and alternative investment fund structures.\nReview and approve fund-level financial reporting packages, investor capital statements, and audited financial statements.\nLead year-end reporting and audit processes, serving as the primary liaison for auditors, clients, and other external stakeholders.\nPerform and review carried interest, waterfall allocation, management fee, capital call, and distribution calculations.\nProvide leadership, technical guidance, and client relationship management while supporting onboarding, process improvements, and system enhancements.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.\n5+ years of private equity fund accounting, fund administration, or alternative investment accounting experience with direct responsibility for fund-level accounting and financial reporting.\nDemonstrated expertise in private equity fund structures, partnership accounting, investor allocations, capital activity, carried interest calculations, and waterfall methodologies.\nExperience managing year-end financial statement preparation, external audits, and reporting under U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS.\nAdvanced proficiency with fund accounting platforms such as Investran, Geneva, or similar fund administration systems, as well as advanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting multiple private equity fund strategies, including buyout, growth equity, venture capital, or real assets funds.\nExperience leading system implementations, accounting platform enhancements, or operational transformation initiatives.\nThe Impact You’ll Make\nAs a Representative Sr. Lead, Fund Administration, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate accounting, reporting, and operational support for sophisticated private equity fund structures. The pay range for this full-time position is $108,230.00 - $184,000.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
