The Sales Executive’s primary responsibilities will be to uncover new business sales opportunities for FIS’ suite of Trading & Compliance solutions.\nAs a Sales Executive, you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high achieving sales professionals helping mid- to enterprise-sized businesses achieve greater success. By providing industry-leading solutions, you’ll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks, and invests.\nWhat you will be doing:\nProspect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territory\nCoordinate discovery calls, prep calls, dry runs, and power point presentations\nPresent business solutions at the executive level\nCreate price proposals, lead negotiations and overcome objections for deal closure\nManage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously\nPrepare accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting via Microsoft Dynamics\nBuild key senior management level relationships throughout assigned territory\nTravel within territory\nMeet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue quotas\nWhat you will need:\nMust have prior experience selling Compliance Software Solutions.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent business experience • Well-honed presentation skills • Ability and willingness to travel to clients and prospects • Self-directed team player • Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas • Working knowledge of trading and compliance workflow • Expertise in new business development\nAdded bonus if you have:\nDirect work experience related to the industry is highly desirable.\nExperience selling into financial institutions\nExisting trading and/or compliance relationships.\nGood understanding of buy-side and sell side financial institutions. • Understanding of trading and compliance solutions in use by these firms\nWhat we offer you:\nAt FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business. The pay range for this full-time position is $132,600.00 - $225,420.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
