You will combine Azure cloud engineering, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code and L2/L3 production support to maintain secure, stable and resilient services. You will work across applications, cloud, infrastructure, database, network, security and development functions. Success in this role requires strong troubleshooting, automation, observability and end-to-end ownership of production services.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nBuild, manage and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure across compute, networking, storage, databases, containers, security and integration services.\nProvide L2/L3 application and production support for business-critical services hosted on Microsoft Azure.\nManage Azure Kubernetes Service environments, including clusters, node pools, upgrades, scaling, deployments and production troubleshooting.\nAdminister and troubleshoot Linux/RHEL and Windows Server environments, including performance, patching, storage, permissions and connectivity.\nDevelop and maintain reusable Terraform modules and Infrastructure as Code standards for consistent and reliable cloud deployments.\nManage Git-based development workflows and Harness deployment pipelines, including releases, environment promotions, AKS deployments and rollbacks.\nMonitor application and infrastructure services using Splunk, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights.\nTroubleshoot complex issues across applications, Kubernetes, operating systems, databases, messaging, networks and Azure cloud services.\nTroubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, proxies, TLS/certificates, VPN/private connectivity and load balancing.\nOwn production incidents through investigation, service restoration, stakeholder communication, root cause analysis and corrective actions.\nAutomate operational activities using Shell/Bash, PowerShell, Python and Azure CLI while improving monitoring, security, resilience and production stability.\nWhat You Bring\nMandatory Skills & Experience\n5-7 years of relevant experience in Azure cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering and/or L2/L3 application and production support.\nStrong hands-on Microsoft Azure experience across Virtual Machines, AKS, networking, storage, Azure SQL, Service Bus and Event Hubs.\nStrong Azure security and identity knowledge, including Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault and certificate-based authentication.\nStrong AKS, Kubernetes and Docker experience, including cluster administration, upgrades, scaling, application deployments, and production troubleshooting.\nStrong Terraform skills, including reusable modules, providers, variables, state management and Infrastructure as Code best practices.\nStrong Linux/RHEL administration skills, Windows Server knowledge, Git-based workflows and scripting using Shell/Bash, PowerShell, or Python.\nStrong production support and observability skills using Splunk, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights.\nWillingness to participate in 24x7 rotational/on-call support and planned out-of-hours production activities.\nWhat We Offer you\nAt FIS, you can grow your career as far as you want to take it.
