You will establish architectures, coding harnesses and reusable libraries that enable coding agents to work effectively across complex development environments. You will guide technical decisions, coordinate cross-functional delivery and help teams adopt reliable AI-assisted engineering practices. Success means creating durable platform capabilities, resolving undefined technical challenges and accelerating responsible software delivery.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nLead architecture and delivery of enterprise agentic workflows across the software development lifecycle. \nEstablish technical patterns for coding agents, harnesses, reusable libraries and automated engineering workflows. \nDesign secure Model Context Protocol servers and integration frameworks for enterprise tools and data. \nDefine standards for evaluating, testing, monitoring and governing AI-generated software. \nGuide teams building scalable solutions with Python, TypeScript and cloud-native technologies. \nResolve complex architecture, integration, debugging, performance and reliability challenges. \nShape technical roadmaps that align platform investments with engineering and business priorities. \nLead code and design reviews to improve quality, maintainability, security and operational readiness. \nPartner with implementation and client-facing teams to diagnose needs and deliver effective solutions. \nMentor engineers and communicate technical practices across teams and organizational boundaries. \nWhat you will need\nExpert software engineering skills across application architecture, integration, testing and production operations. \nAdvanced proficiency with Python, TypeScript or comparable languages used for platform development. \nExperience leading complex software initiatives involving multiple systems, teams and stakeholder groups. \nDemonstrated success building developer platforms, coding frameworks, automation systems or reusable libraries. \nDeep knowledge of cloud architecture, distributed systems, APIs, security and software reliability. \nAbility to define technical standards and influence decisions without relying on direct authority. \nDegree in computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \nAdded bonus if you have\nAdvanced experience with agentic programming, coding agents or large language model application architecture. \nExperience developing Model Context Protocol servers, tools, registries or governance patterns. \nKnowledge of Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenCode or comparable AI engineering tools. \nExperience establishing evaluation, observability and safety controls for enterprise AI workflows. \nClient-facing engineering experience spanning implementation, technical discovery and complex troubleshooting. \nExperience contributing to long-term technology strategy or enterprise engineering standards. \nWhat We Offer you\nAt FIS, you can grow your career as far as you want to take it.
