We are looking for experienced technical operations to supplement the existing support team who manages the environments for Transfer Agency Solutions, providing shareholder services to our customers.\nAbout the team:\nThe team provides day-to-day hands-on support for the applications in which our customer operates their business. The team is made up of senior technologists covering a broad array of software and infrastructure. The support model is follow-the-sun and provides support coverage around the clock with team members located globally.\nWhat you will be doing:\nDay-to-day support of production environments is mission one. The goals of the team are to provide any downtime for our customers and mitigate any unplanned issues. In addition, the team provides technical support to do projects, releases, conversions, and business continuity.\nWhat you will need:\nCommand line mastery of Operating Systems: Windows, Linux\nHands-on experience with one or many scripting languages: BASH, BAT, Cron, KORN,\nWorking knowledge of networking, routing, Loadbalacers, VPNs\nSecurity administration: SSH, TLS, Certificate management,\nGeneral working knowledge of DBMS suites (Oracle, SQL)\nJava support Basic understanding of J2EE platform - experience on at least one: Tomcat, Apache\nInstallation/upgrade of third-party products such as: IBM MQ, Direct:Connect NDM, IBM Control Center, Rocket Visual COBOL etc.\nAdded bonus if you have:\nExperience with Citrix Enterprise, IBM MQ, PGP, NDM, MS Active Directory\nExperience with Web App monitoring/support Dynatrace\nExposure to CICS emulation - NTT DATA / UINIKIX (BPE/TPE/MSF)\nVisual COBOL Programming experience\nFinancial Services experience\nFamiliar with security applications - Cortex, BIT9, Qradar/SIEM\nWhat we offer you:\nA career at FIS is more than just a job.
