You will create coding harnesses, reusable libraries and automated workflows that connect artificial intelligence coding agents with development tools and business systems. You will influence architectural decisions while partnering with engineering, implementation and client-facing stakeholders. Your work will deliver scalable solutions, improve development efficiency and establish reliable patterns for AI-assisted engineering\nYour key responsibilities\nDesign scalable agentic workflows across software planning, coding, testing, deployment and maintenance.\nBuild advanced coding harnesses, reusable libraries and integrations using Python and TypeScript, including Model Context Protocol servers and tools that securely connect agents with enterprise systems.\nEstablish evaluation, automated testing and monitoring approaches for AI-generated code and workflows.\nTranslate complex requirements into maintainable software designs and contribute to architectural decisions involving scalability, security, extensibility and long-term support.\nCoordinate complex development activities, lead technical troubleshooting, document architectures and operational procedures, and mentor engineers on agentic programming and software engineering practices.\nWhat you bring\nRequired qualifications\nAdvanced software engineering skills using Python, TypeScript or comparable programming languages.\nExperience designing distributed applications, application programming interfaces, developer platforms or workflow automation systems.\nExperience building reusable libraries, coding frameworks or extensible integration components.\nExperience with cloud architecture, deployment, monitoring, maintenance and production support, supported by strong knowledge of automated testing, secure coding, code review and software quality practices.\nA degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, with the ability to solve complex technical problems and communicate effectively across functions.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenCode or comparable artificial intelligence coding environments, or with developing agentic applications, coding agents or Model Context Protocol integrations.\nKnowledge of large language model evaluation, prompt design, tool calling and workflow observability.\nExperience delivering technical implementations or troubleshooting solutions directly with clients, with familiarity in security, privacy and compliance controls for enterprise artificial intelligence systems.\nWhat we offer you\nReady to build what's next?
