You will create coding harnesses, reusable libraries and automated workflows that connect coding agents with development tools and business systems. You will influence architectural decisions while partnering with engineering, implementation and client-facing stakeholders. Success means delivering scalable solutions, improving development efficiency and establishing reliable patterns for AI-assisted engineering.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nDesign scalable agentic workflows across planning, coding, testing, deployment and software maintenance.\nBuild advanced coding harnesses, libraries and integrations using Python and TypeScript.\nDevelop Model Context Protocol servers and tools that securely connect agents with enterprise systems.\nEstablish evaluation, testing and monitoring approaches for AI-generated code and automated workflows.\nTranslate complex client and engineering requirements into reliable, maintainable software designs.\nContribute to architecture decisions involving scalability, security, extensibility and long-term support.\nForecast delivery needs and coordinate complex development activities across multiple stakeholders.\nLead technical troubleshooting during software implementation and integration.\nProduce clear documentation for architectures, interfaces, configurations and operational procedures.\nMentor engineers on agentic programming, code quality, testing and software engineering practices.\nWhat you will need\nAdvanced software engineering skills using Python, TypeScript or comparable programming languages.\nExperience designing distributed applications, APIs, developer platforms or workflow automation systems.\nDemonstrated ability to build reusable libraries, coding frameworks or extensible integration components.\nExperience with cloud architecture, deployment, monitoring, maintenance and production support.\nStrong knowledge of automated testing, secure coding, code review and software quality practices.\nAbility to solve complex technical problems with minimal supervision and communicate across functions.\nDegree in computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nAdded bonus if you have\nExperience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenCode or comparable AI coding environments.\nExperience developing agentic applications, coding agents or Model Context Protocol integrations.\nKnowledge of large language model evaluation, prompt design, tool calling and workflow observability.\nExperience delivering technical implementations or troubleshooting solutions directly with clients.\nFamiliarity with security, privacy and compliance controls for enterprise AI systems.\nWhat We Offer you\nAt FIS, you can grow your career as far as you want to take it.
