The team works collaboratively across the full software development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment and ongoing support. We focus on building secure, scalable and maintainable solutions while continuously improving our engineering practices and the user experience.\nWhat you will be doing:\nWe are seeking a Software Engineer to craft and integrate UI components using React.js. You will help optimize front-end performance and maintain clear documentation for our front-end codebase. The scope, autonomy and technical leadership expected will reflect your experience and the level at which you join. You will contribute to the design, coding, debugging, maintenance, support, implementation and validation of applications while collaborating with stakeholders throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.\nThe key responsibilities of the role will be:\nDevelop high-quality code for our products, independently or with guidance appropriate to your experience, and take responsibility for the quality of your work.\nInvestigate and resolve client software issues and support the client software life cycle.\nIdentify and implement corrective measures for code deficiencies, escalating or proposing alternatives when appropriate.\nSupport project and product implementations at client premises or on AWS.\nApply coding standards and, at senior level, help improve and promote engineering best practices.\nCollaborate in code reviews, technical discussions and knowledge sharing; senior engineers may also mentor less-experienced colleagues.\nApplications are welcome from candidates at Junior, Mid-Level and Senior levels. While the core responsibilities of the role remain the same, the scope, complexity of assignments, level of autonomy and degree of technical leadership will vary depending on the level at which the position is filled.
