You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to develop sourcing strategies, manage competitive bid events, negotiate contracts, and oversee supplier relationships. This role combines strategic leadership, operational execution, and people management, requiring strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and experience leading procurement professionals.\nWhat you will be doing:\nLead sourcing, procurement, and supplier management activities, including category strategies, competitive bid events, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management.\nPartner with business stakeholders to identify sourcing opportunities, gather requirements, conduct spend and market analysis, and develop strategies that maximize supplier value.\nOversee supplier contracting and onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.\nManage and develop a team of procurement professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and leadership while driving continuous improvement across sourcing processes.\nWhat you will need:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, contract negotiation, or supply chain operations.\nDemonstrated experience leading sourcing initiatives, competitive bid events, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.\nStrong analytical skills with experience conducting spend analysis, market research, supplier assessments, and sourcing evaluations.\nExperience managing teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving results across multiple business functions.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.\nAdded Bonus If You Have:\nProfessional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, CPM, or equivalent procurement and supply chain credentials.\nExperience with procurement, contract lifecycle management, sourcing, or spend analytics platforms.\nExperience managing supplier relationships and strategic sourcing programs within a large, complex, or global organization.\nAt FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business. The pay range for this full-time position is $96,020.00 - $163,230.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
