You will drive financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives that help leaders make informed decisions. This role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and provides the opportunity to influence business outcomes through data-driven insights and financial leadership.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nPartner with business leaders and initiative owners to support strategic programs and drive financial performance.\nLead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of complex financial models used for forecasting, planning, and decision-making.\nAnalyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.\nSupport annual planning, quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting, and long-range financial planning activities.\nCreate and validate financial analysis models that measure initiative performance and business impact.\nReview and reconcile financial, workforce, and operational data across planning and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and alignment.\nTranslate complex financial information into clear recommendations and executive-ready presentations.\nLeverage large datasets and business intelligence tools to uncover insights that support growth, efficiency, and operational improvements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional partners across Finance, Operations, Professional Services, and Business Leadership teams.\nWhat You Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or a related discipline.\nAdvanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.\nStrong understanding of financial statements, budgeting processes, and GAAP principles.\nDemonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.\nExperience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Professional Services, Banking, Capital Markets, Fintech, or Technology organizations.\nExperience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, Essbase, Wave, Hyperion, Beeline, or similar enterprise planning and reporting tools.\nExperience working with large datasets and advanced reporting or visualization tools.\nMBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification.\nThe Impact You'll Make\nAs a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will help shape strategic and operational decisions across the Professional Services organization.
