If you're ready to help shape the future of fintech, unlock your next chapter with FIS.\nAbout the role\nAs a Sr Lead FP&A Analyst, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis for the Chief Technology Office. You will partner with technology and finance leaders to translate financial results into clear business insights, coordinate planning targets and support investment decisions. This role also helps improve the technology organization's financial operating model through automation, cost-saving initiatives and stronger planning processes.\nYour key responsibilities\n· Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting and close reporting for the Chief Technology Office.\n· Deliver monthly financial reporting and variance analysis across plan, forecast and actual results for key stakeholders.\n· Partner with technology leaders to develop, communicate and secure approval for budgets, forecasts and planning targets.\n· Guide the financial evaluation, sizing, approval and execution of automation, cost-saving and investment initiatives.\n· Improve financial processes, reporting and decision support to help build a best-in-class technology business and financial model.\nWhat you bring\nRequired qualifications\n· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.\n· Five or more years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting or a related finance role, including support for annual budgets, monthly forecasts and long-range plans.\n· Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis and scenario-planning skills, along with a solid understanding of accounting concepts.\n· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills,\nincluding complex formulas, pivot tables and financial models.\n· Proven ability to translate complex financial information into clear recommendations, communicate with senior leaders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred qualifications\n· Master of Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst or a similar advanced credential.\n· Experience with financial planning systems such as Hyperion, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP or Oracle.\n· Experience partnering with technology, product, operations or other non-finance teams and improving financial planning and reporting processes.\nThe impact you'll make\nIn this role, you will strengthen how the Chief Technology Office plans, measures and communicates financial performance.
