You will influence senior stakeholders, negotiate complex agreements, and align cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role combines external partnership management with operational leadership, focusing on growth, performance optimization, risk management, and scalable execution.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nLead and grow strategic relationships with clients, vendors, and third-party partners to drive business value and long-term growth.\nServe as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, executive sponsors, and internal business leaders.\nNegotiate contracts, service agreements, and commercial terms to achieve favorable operational and financial outcomes.\nResolve complex issues and lead escalations while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.\nOversee vendor governance, performance management, and service delivery against established commitments and expectations.\nDevelop and execute operational strategies that improve scalability, efficiency, risk management, and business performance.\nEstablish performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and governance processes to measure operational and partnership success.\nCollaborate with product, technology, finance, legal, procurement, risk, and client-facing teams to align priorities and execution.\nDrive process improvement initiatives through data-driven decision-making and operational best practices.\nLead, coach, and develop high-performing teams through growth, transformation, and change initiatives.\nPresent strategic recommendations, operational insights, and business performance results to executive leadership.\nIdentify and mitigate operational, financial, and partnership risks to support business continuity and successful outcomes.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.\nExperience leading business operations, strategic partnerships, vendor management, or enterprise initiatives.\nDemonstrated success managing executive-level client and stakeholder relationships.\nStrong contract negotiation, commercial management, and service-level agreement experience.\nProven ability to influence senior leaders, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and resolve challenging situations.\nExpertise in operational excellence, process optimization, governance, and performance management.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, KPIs, and business metrics to drive decisions.\nExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities across internal operations and external partnerships.\nExperience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within digital banking, financial services, fintech, SaaS, or technology-enabled business environments.\nKnowledge of vendor governance, procurement, contract management, and third-party risk management practices.\nExperience leading executive business reviews, client success programs, and partnership growth initiatives.\nProficiency with business intelligence, operational reporting, workflow management, and performance measurement tools.\nWhat We Offer you\nAt FIS, you can grow your career as far as you want to take it. The pay range for this full-time position is $125,850.00 - $213,950.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
