The team works closely with business users, infrastructure, database, network, security, development, CX and other technology teams to maintain platform stability and availability across production and non-production environments.\nWhat you will be doing\nProvide L2/L3 production support for FIS Front Arena and associated applications and services.\nMonitor application health, Front Arena services, interfaces, scheduled jobs, and infrastructure components.\nInvestigate and resolve production incidents using application logs, operating-system logs, SQL/database information, and monitoring tools.\nundefined\nLead incidents through investigation, resolution, stakeholder communication, and root cause analysis.\nCoordinate Front Arena deployments, upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and infrastructure activities across UAT and Production.\nCoordinate with database, Windows/Linux, network, security, identity, and infrastructure teams for cross-platform issues.\nSupport SSO/IDP, certificates, service accounts, connectivity, and access-related issues affecting Front Arena.\nPrepare and execute implementation plans, validation steps, and rollback procedures through established change-management processes.\nParticipate in major incident calls and coordinate technical teams until service restoration.\nPerform RCA for recurring and high-impact incidents and drive corrective and preventive actions.\nMaintain operational documentation, support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical runbooks.\nIdentify opportunities for automation, proactive monitoring, and reduction of recurring operational issues.\nWhat you bring\n5 to 8 years of experience in Windows Application Production Support or Enterprise Application Support environments.\nWorking knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments.\nGood understanding of Front Arena architecture, application components, services, interfaces, and supporting infrastructure.\nStrong production troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nUnderstanding of networking, application connectivity, certificates, Active Directory, SSO/IDP, service accounts, and authentication.\nExperience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management, preferably within an ITIL-based environment.\nExperience supporting production deployments, application upgrades, infrastructure changes, and environment migrations.\nAbility to perform root cause analysis and translate technical findings into clear corrective actions. \nKnowledge of scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies is advantageous. \nStrong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across business, application, infrastructure, security teams. \nAbility to work independently, take ownership of production issues, prioritize multiple activities, and operate effectively within a global support environment.\nFlexibility to work in a 24x7 shift environment and participate in on-call support rotations.\nWhat We Offer you\nAt FIS, you can grow your career as far as you want to take it.
