Your work will help teams identify missing information early, resolve standard exceptions, and maintain continuity across connected land operations. This is an opportunity to strengthen the consistency and reliability of processes that support community readiness and delivery.\nYou Will Thrive in This Role If You…\nManage recurring workflows with limited supervision while maintaining reliable follow-through across competing deadlines.\nNotice missing information, discrepancies, and standard exceptions, then take appropriate action or escalate.\nCommunicate clearly in writing and verbally with cross-functional partners to keep handoffs moving.\nWork carefully within established processes while using sound judgment to clarify priorities and resolve routine issues.\nMaintain organized records, trackers, templates, and documentation that help others execute consistently.\nSupport peers through onboarding, training, and practical guidance on standard systems and workflows.\nThese skills will be used to:\nCoordinate Sales Release workflows by tracking readiness, organizing documentation, following up on missing items, managing recurring communication, and supporting final-material readiness.\nOwn intake-list quality and help ensure community setup information and land contacts are complete, usable, and routed correctly.\nServe as backup for assigned initial-entry and update workflows within the operating model.\nReview system updates, reports, trackers, and documentation for completeness, consistency, and required follow-up.\nMonitor workflow status, deadlines, and handoffs; drive follow-up with responsible parties and escalate risks before they affect delivery.\nCoordinate recurring reporting support and audit preparation, perform basic data-quality checks, and prepare discrepancies or audit items for review and correction.\nMaintain utility information and support data accuracy across connected processes.\nSupport assigned design and homeowners association help-desk requests, resolve routine items, and escalate non-standard issues.\nMaintain templates, checklists, trackers, and shared process resources; provide peer support and assist with onboarding and training on standard systems and recurring workflows.\nIdentify recurring friction, unclear ownership, duplicated effort, and process gaps; document issues, recommend improvements to the Lead Land Operations Coordinator, and perform additional duties as requested by management.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nTwo or more years of experience in land operations, land acquisition support, land development support, business operations, project coordination, or a related role.\nIntermediate Excel and proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Word, and SharePoint.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nTwo- or four-year degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, Land Development, or a related field.\nExperience with CRM, Construction Online, Sapphire, Site Manager, SharePoint, or similar systems.\nExperience training or supporting team members on recurring systems and processes.\nPhysical demands and work environment:\nMust be able to use sensory skills, including verbal communication, to effectively communicate and interact with other associates and customers.\nMust be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills, including typing and writing, to operate standard office equipment.\nMust be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25 lbs. unassisted.\nMust be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.\nThe Value of a Career with The Fischer Group\n The Fischer Group is a family of companies focused on delivering exceptional experiences across homebuilding, financial services, and real estate.
