You will work with technology, service delivery, and client-facing teams to analyze performance, resolve escalations, and support consistent service management practices. Your work helps improve service reliability, client satisfaction, and issue resolution.\nWhat you'll do:\nLead service management processes that support consistent delivery, timely issue resolution, and client satisfaction.\nEvaluate service delivery performance using operational metrics, incident trends, and problem management data.\nDevelop service improvement plans with technology, operations, and client-facing teams.\nManage escalated client issues through resolution by coordinating updates, owners, timelines, and follow-up actions.\nMaintain client relationships by documenting needs, tracking commitments, and communicating service updates.\nApply Information Technology Infrastructure Library practices to incident, problem, change, and service delivery processes.\nShare service management practices with team members through documented procedures and process guidance.\nResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.\nExperience you'll need to have:\n4+ years of experience in IT service management supporting incident, problem, change, or service delivery processes.\nExperience analyzing service performance metrics, identifying process gaps, and documenting improvement actions.\nExperience coordinating escalated client or stakeholder issues through resolution in a technology environment.\nExperience using service management platforms, ticketing systems, or reporting tools to manage operational workflows.\nExperience applying Information Technology Infrastructure Library practices in incident, problem, or service delivery management.\nBachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.\n\nExperience that would be great to have:\nExperience with ServiceNow.\nInformation Technology Infrastructure Library certification or equivalent service management certification.\nExperience managing project plans, milestones, risks, and status reporting for service improvement initiatives.\nFamiliarity with cloud technology concepts used in enterprise service delivery environments.\nHow you'll work:\nThis role is on-site Monday through Friday.
