You are responsible for managing and developing operational relationships for your client. You will be required to have an in-depth understanding of the client’s business, goals, strategies and industry trends and directions.\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop and manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls to help carry out their account plan\nUnderstand the client’s environment to ensure full utilization of Fiserv’s solutions for maximum benefit\nProvide various levels of reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities\nInfluence and work cross-functionally on critical initiatives including, but not limited to, incident response, process improvement, and develop/maintain standard operating procedures\nMaintain compliance with system audits, client profile updates, and other administrative duties to ensure Fiserv meets legal and contractual obligations\nWhat you need to have:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience\n3+ years’ experience in customer service\nAbility to travel up to 20%\n\nWhat would be great to have:\nBachelor’s degree\nProject Management experience\nEnterprise problem prevention and resolution experience\nAbility to make independent decisions, exercising good judgment and managing complex issues\nSalary Range\n$49,600.00 - $105,400.00These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington.
