If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nAgile Project ManagementWhat does a successful Agile Project Manager do at Fiserv?\nAs a successful Agile Project Manager, you will guide project delivery across Agile teams by coordinating planning, execution, risk management and stakeholder communication. You will work with product owners, technology teams and business partners to support predictable delivery and measurable outcomes.\nWhat you will do:\nFacilitate Agile planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives to support delivery commitments.\nCoordinate project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks and issues across business and technology stakeholders.\nMaintain project plans, delivery metrics and status reporting using Agile project management tools.\nPartner with product owners to clarify priorities, define acceptance criteria and support roadmap alignment.\nTrack delivery progress, escalate blockers and support resolution plans with accountable stakeholders.\nPromote consistent Agile practices across teams while adapting delivery methods to project needs.\nCommunicate project health, risks and decisions to stakeholders through clear written and verbal updates.\nWhat you will need to have:\n6+ years of experience in project management, Agile delivery or technology delivery supporting cross-functional teams.\n6+ years of experience managing project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communications.\n4+ years of experience using Agile delivery practices such as Scrum, Kanban or similar iterative delivery methods.\n4+ years of experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project or similar platforms for tracking work and reporting delivery progress.\n3+ years of experience translating business priorities into delivery plans, milestones and measurable outcomes.\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.\nWhat would be great to have:\nExperience supporting project delivery in financial services, payments or technology environments.\nExperience with Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, burnup charts or cumulative flow diagrams.\nCertified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, Project Management Professional or equivalent certification.\nYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
